Pepper Jelly Pork Chops

Ingredients:

• Pork Chops
• Your choice of Pepper Jelly
• Lea & Perrins Worcestershire sauce
• Garlic Powder
• Black Pepper
• Salt
• Butter

1. Prepare pork chops by marinating chops in a bowl and smothering with Worcestershire sauce
and then covered generously with seasonings. Also take steak knife and poke holes through the
chops to allow the mix to soak through. Marinate at least and hour.
2. Take a skillet with butter melted in it and start to sear chops enough just to change the color of
chops
3. Pour Pepper Jelly in skillet enough to just cover each individual chop.
4. Continue flipping the chops so that the Pepper Jelly coats the chops evenly making sure that the
Jelly carmalizes and makes a crust on the chops.
5. Add just a little additional Worcestershire sause to add some additional flavor in the crust.
6. When chops are completed make sure to let the meat RELAX by waiting a few minutes before
serving. This lets the meat feel more tender.
