Ingredients:

• Whole Turkey
• Oranges 2-3
• Sweet Onions 2
• Gala Apples 2
• Steak Seasoning
• Italian Seasoning
• Garlic Powder
• Olive Oil
• Real Butter 4 sticks ...maybe more....lol

This recipe will guarantee a juicy, moist, tender, succulent turkey for anytime! Everytime!

1. Wash and clean turkey. Remove giblets and neck. Place in a roasting pan or roaster oven in a
foil tent.
2. Take Butter slices and tuck between skin and meat. Butter slices should be seen everywhere you
can possibly get it under the skin all over the turkey. This is probably the hardest part of the
recipe.
3. Place at least one of each of the following inside the turkey. Gala Apple, peeled Sweet Onion
and an Orange. With the ones you have left, try to put them in the turkey as well. If it takes
cutting each of the rest up to do so, do it. The extra Oranges however, Cut and squeeze over the
entire turkey. As you squeeze the juice over the turkey make sure plenty of the juice is squeezed
into the inside of the bird. Take the squeezed remains and put inside the cavity and neck area of
the turkey.
4. Tie the turkey up so that it is sealed as tight as possible.
5. Drizzle completely with olive oil
6. Cover generously with seasonings
7. Place in preheated oven at 350 degrees. The general rule for cooking a turkey is 20 mins a
pound but will probably vary due to the turkey being full of fruit. To be sure the turkey is done
use a thermometer and push it inside the turkey making sure to not be touching a bone. A turkey
that is done is one that reads 165 degrees F.
8. During the last 30-45 mins of baking, remove the top of the foil tent to help brown the top of
the turkey.
9. When done, allow to rest for 20 mins before cutting. This allows the meat to actually be more
tender and easier to cut.
