This letter will serve as formal notice to you that you are in default of your
obligation to repay the sum of THREE MILLION PESOS (P3,000,000.00)
which was advanced to you on October 22, 2015.

This amount has been overdue since April 22, 2016 and you have failed to
repay the same despite requests for payment from us.

Although we have already prepared the appropriate complaint against you,

we are giving you a last opportunity to settle your delinquent obligation.

We trust that you give this matter your immediate and preferential attention
in order to save you the time, effort and expense attendant to litigations.
