SUBJECT : Instuction Material Receiving and Handling to site

Dear Vinilon Team,

For your information, based on instructions and inspection results for HDPE pipes and
fittings on site palembang.

1. for HDPE pipes and fittings with a diameter of 500 to 1200 to be given a serial number
marking based on the results from the date of manufacture.
2. Each HDPE pipe requires protection so as not to damage the surface of the pipe from
friction or other materials.
3. for pipes with a diameter of 500 to 1200, provide sand bag or rubber protection for the
bottom of the pipe and delivery using a closed truck to provide protection for the right
and left sides of the pipe.
4. pipes with a diameter of 500 to 1200, to protect the pipe from the impact of ovality so
that those that are given a deep block or support so that when delivery and pipe
laydown will not impact and cause ovality of the pipe.
5. small diameter HDPE pipe fittings are given protection one by one (cardboard or buble
plastic) for the surface so as not to damage the surface during delivery mobilization.
6. For delivery based on the visual results in fastening the pipe, especially using an open
trailer, use a slingbelt which is provided with protection on the slingbelt so as not to
damage and imprint on the pipe surface, and do not use the chain for fastening.
