2. What are the most common platforms for top down games? E.g. Mobile, console etc.

Pc and console, the games run much smoother and better on both.

3. What type of developers typically make top down games AAA or Indie and why do
you think that is?

Some developers love the indie pixel style and others try make them for the group
of audiences that love top down games.

Love the horror aspect theme the game gives off, the music was very disturbing and
glitchy which I loved, all around great game!
