project by providing brief but specific answers to the questions below. Please use

to improving SWM services in the area. This section should be consistent with
the 10 year SWM plan of the LGU. The proponent can include relevant
documents, i.e. Sanggunian resolution, executive-legislative agenda, or policy
statements.)

benefits and impacts (institutional, gender, financial, environmental) of the
