This page explains how to store the account (IM)
statements reports generated by T24 to a local le Local Reference
path. Bank can access the reports from the local path
and Alternate
and print them or send it by email as required.
Keys
DE.FORM.TYPE Record
The le DE.FORM.TYPE de nes the printer
environment (page length, width, top margin etc.) to
be used for the report.

REPORT.CONTROL Record
The REPORT.CONTROL le contains a record for each
report that can be produced by T24 and stores various
details related to the report e.g. description, form
name (printer environment de ned on
DE.FORM.TYPE), and whether it is to be micro che,
etc.

PRINTER.ID Record
PRINTER.ID Record
To print the statements generated during COB in the
disk instead of connecting it to the Printer, we can
fetch the reports stored in HOLD in T24 and print it in
the speci ed folder. The corresponding folder name
with the full path needs to be provided in 4.1.1
COMMAND eld in PRINTER.ID record. If you are not
able to provide the full path in a single line then this
eld can be sub-valued to provide the path and le
name.

CYAN > is the path of &HOLD& where the reports will be written into by the T24.
GREEN > is the command to get the ID of the HOLD.CONTROL. i.e. the ID of the text
'>>' is the concatenation operator to combine the account statements to a file.
YELLOW > is the physical path where the reports are to be stored
GRAY > is the format of the file name. Here it is in the format REPORTBANK.DATE
