want to complain less. - M:|can try to mentally record the times | complain about work to my family. - A: | can try to limit the times | complain each day. - R:lcan try to limit my complaining slowly (Decrease by one complaint a day) - T: | want to achieve my goal in 3 weeks or so. The reasons | want this are to get people to not be annoyed with me and so | can be more accepted. This falls under the esteem or relationship needs of Maslow's pyramid LONG TERM GOAL - S: | want to do more cardio and workouts to build more muscle. - M:|will measure the times | workout and track my progress with a journal. - A: | will measure the times | do my workouts and stay consistent or work harder. - R: | willdo easier workouts first and progressively do harder workouts. - T: | want to achieve some progress after a month or so. The reasons | want this are to benefit my own physical health and feel better about my body. This can relate to my physical needs or my self-esteem on Maslow’s Pyramid.
