- A: | will measure the times | do my workouts and stay consistent or work harder.
- R: | willdo easier workouts first and progressively do harder workouts.
- T: | want to achieve some progress after a month or so.
The reasons | want this are to benefit my own physical health and feel better about my body.
This can relate to my physical needs or my self-esteem on Maslow’s Pyramid.
