1. What are the 5 types of Requirements?

Business Requirements, Stakeholder Requirements, Functional and Non-Functional Solution


Requirements, Project Requirements and Product Requirements.

2. How are the Charter, the Stakeholder Register, and the Communication plan related?

The information gathered from the Stakeholder Register is very important to developing the
communication plan, in order to know the influence and power to avoid a miscommunication. This then
relates to the project charter because the charter will outline a possible risk of a miscommunication
between the stakeholders that hopes to be avoided by the communication plan and stakeholder
register.

3. What items are included when identifying scope?

Project timelines, project goals, allocation of project resources, characteristics of the end product, work
that must be done, and also includes deliverables to help manage time cost and performance.

4. Why are stakeholders identified early in the project?

In order to figure out key individuals who can impact the success of the project, as well as figuring out
their influence and power to avoid miscommunications between individuals in the project.

5. What are the engagement levels of Stakeholders and why are they important to measure?

Resistant, unaware, neutral, supportive, and leading. These are important to measure so you know who
to go to regarding certain aspects of the project, and who will and won’t know the specific details of the
project.
