APPLICATTION FOR SITING A STORE AT HAUSA QUARTERS

I wish to humbly apply to your office to kindly approve and permit me to run a
temporary store where I sell okirika materials at the Hausa Quarters, Abakaliki.

I do not intend to build any permanent structure at the location of the store as I am
wiling to abide by your spec ifications and directives.

I am only requesting to be allowed to be doing business there temporarily for 2-5

years as your office may permit.
