CHAMBOURCIN

Chambourcin is a French-American interspecific hybrid grape variety used for


making wine. Its parentage is uncertain. The hybrid was produced by Joannes Seyve
who often used Seibel hybrids produced in the 1860s

Used to produce a dry wine with deep color and full


aromatic flavor with no off-flavors hybrids. He tannins
and is used to produce high quality wines or for
cutting. Excellent product vinified in pink.
