These are the letters for the advice column in a magazine.

Read them and try to give your advice. What should people
do in their situations?

1) Dear Marge,
I am 16 years old and I want to leave school this year. My parents say it
is too early for me and that I should be trying to get into university. I
think I am old enough to make my own decisions now. I want to work
with my friend Susan in McDonalds. Then, I can start earning money to
buy things.
Do you think I’m right?

2) Dear Marge,
I know that one of my work colleagues takes home some paper from the
office photocopier. Do you think I should report her to the boss or not? My
parents always taught me to tell the truth and that any stealing is wrong.
What do you think?

3) Dear Marge,
My wife is a terrible cook — I mean the worst. We never have anything
good to eat at home, but I know she tries so hard. What should I do?
Doesn’t a husband have a right to have a good meal after work? My
mother was a great cook!

4) Dear Marge,
Tomorrow I have a really great job interview that I’m so excited about.
It’s for a Russian language specialist — I’ll need to translate documents
from Russian to English. Really good money! The only problem is I don’t
speak any Russian. What should I say during the interview to get this job?
