semester start. Your request to change your curricular enrollment type is subject to any and all university policies.

BB : Students with 75 or more college credit hours may not automatically qualify to change their curriculum.
BB : Students must meet eligibility requirements set by each college as outlined in their catalog of graduation at the time of
processing this form.
BB : Some curriculum cannot be changed by an academic advisor and must be processed by the specific department.
BB : Changing your curriculum can delay your anticipated graduation date and affect other policies and fees such as: Financial Aid
Eligibility, the Excessive Undergraduate Credit Limitation Charges, Graduation Tuition Rebate, etc. Please make sure you are aware of
any issues that may occur when changing your curriculum.
