Multiple Regressions Used in Analysis of Private Consumption and
Public Final Consumption Evolution
It was chosen based on microeconomics knowledge, what is already known. Whole text is giving easily and
understandable. Data and tables are made good for analyzing every specific number.
Research paper is included main topic about final consumption, which is basic component of GDP. Final
consumption consists public consumption (consuming goods, which is produced by public producers) and
private consumption (only private producers’ goods). The research question is how public consumption and
private consumption can affect to the final consumption in Romania and other question is about their influences
to final consumption.

N₀: private and public consumption is significantly influence the final consumption in Romania.
N₁: private and public consumption is NOT significantly influence the final consumption in Romania.
In research paper, it was used multiple regression, where final consumption is Dependent variable, but others
(public and private consumption) are Independent variables. Therefore, final consumption depends from two
consumption, and have a high effect by a consuming in public and private. According the hypothesis, Romania
economists can say that Romanians is consuming goods in a specific sector.
There have main theory about growth of economy, where consumption can affect highly by analyzing each
sector’s consumption. But econometrics theory was about multiple regression by equalize the final
consumption to the public and private consumption.
Data is evaluation of final consumption and public, private consumption during the time from 1990 until 2014,
according that type of data is time-series based consumption in Romanian currency. Data is collected from
National statistic committee and all of them are numerical variables and secondary sources.
Analyzing method is Regression analysis (inferential statistics).
CF = - 0,02272 + 1,000097 ∙ CP + 1,002014 ∙ CPL, where CF is final consumption as a dependent
variable, CP- private consumption and CPL- private consumption are independent variables.
In this analysis, it is not included p-value to analyze and make a decision. It provided the standard error, t
statistic test and the associated probability.
Based on economy of Romania, this indicator is significantly influenced by changes in private and public
consumption. It means that both sector is need to develop and produce more goods equally. What was the
result, economic growth is needed to support by consuming.
Consumption was actual them in Kyrgyzstan during the quarantine or beginning quarantine. When the
government closed people in their homes, people started to buy all products not looking private or public.
Producers started to increase the price of goods, but for citizens it did not mean. They actually scared from
finished products. If these high consumptions were no during the quarantine, it can affect good in our economy.
But lack of money the country, it could not show the results from that.
