There is no wait time between exam sittings. If you take the exam all 3 times and do not pass, you must wait until after your application expiry date before you can reapply. Writing the ECBA™ exam Please note that the ECBA™ exam is a live, web delivered exam that you write from a desktop computer or laptop. You must have a working webcam and microphone on this device in order to verify your identity for the exam, and you must have an internet connection that meets the minimum requirements. Only goverment-issued ID will be accepted to verify your identity. Your photo will be taken for verification purposes. NOTE: You may start your exam up to 15 minutes before the listed start time. The reporting time is indicated in the exam registration confirmation email. NOTE: Arriving more than 15 minutes late is grounds for dismissal. If you are late, you will forfeit the exam fee. Please see the exam rescheduling policy for details. 2. Provide the following when arriving at the test center for the exam: a. A copy of the exam registration confirmation email b, ONE form of non-expired, government-issued, photo and signature-t ring identification in order to test. Information on the release of the exam results can be seen on the Certification FAQs page. When released, exam results will be emailed to you by IIBA. These will include a pass/fail indicator and performance feedback (relative to the minimum score of passing candidates) for the areas of the exam related to the BABOK® Guide. Other information (including your actual exam score and the minimum passing score) will not be released. These policies apply to all applicants (Members and Non-members), unless you are applying to be considered for an extenuating circumstance. Cancelling or rescheduling the ECBA™ exam To cancel or reschedule your scheduled ECBA™ exam, you must do so via PSI's online registration system. You must cancel or reschedule your exam before 24 hours of the exam's start time, or you forfeit the exam fee (or the exam retake fee). Cancelling or rescheduling the CCBA® and CBAP*exams To cancel or reschedule your scheduled CCBA® and CBAP® exams, you must do so via Prometric's ni NOTE: * Ifyou cancel 30 or more days before your exam date, there is no charge to you. * lf you cancel 5-29 days before your exam date, you will be required to pay Prometric a $50 USD cancellation/rescheduling fee. + if you cancel less than 5 days before your exam date or, you fail to appear for a scheduled test or, you present yourself more than 15 minutes after the scheduled start time for taking the test and you are refused admission, you will forfeit the exam fee you paid and you will have to. pay the full exam fee to IBA to reschedule, Extenuating Circumstances for exam rescheduling and cancellations An extenuating circumstance is an event or hardship that would lead you to request to extend your application period, or reschedule or cancel your exam at no charge. If you have an extenuating circumstance, you will need to provide IIBA with proper documentation to support your request. This documentation must include a reason and a specific recommendation for your request. If you do not pass the third attempt, you must wait until after your application expiry date before you can re-apply for the exam. To rewrite the exam, you must follow the process for registering for the exam. There is no wait time between exam attempts. NOTE: + When prompted to pay the exam fee, you will instead pay the re-write fee, + CCBA® and CBAP® applicants: Once your re-write fee has been processed, |IBA will send you a confirmation email containing a new eligiibiity ID number. Work experience can either be activities the applicant has applied directly OR activities the applicant has assisted others in applying. You must have the minimum number of hours in the time frame listed for the certificate or certification level. Level Hours of experience in the time period of. If you do so, you will not be able to submit your application. List work entries in date order with the most recent work experience first. Similar work can be grouped together as one work entry. Resumes will not be accepted to complete this requirement.
