MIN001/JULY 2020: Preliminaries.

The patron welcomed all the members and made a brief introduction of the previous meeting and
requested Alex Mwedwa to open the meeting with a word of prayer.
MIN002/JULY 2020: Election of officials.

The following members where elected through secret balloting of supervised by the patron;

PENINAH MUTUKU Vice chairperson

GEOFFREY MUTHAMA Secretary

PURITY WAUSI Vice secretary

JACKLINE KALEKYE Treasurer

They were given all responsibilities with effect from the election date.

There being no other business the meeting was called off at 5:30pm and led by a word of prayer by
Geoffrey Muthama. The next meeting was scheduled on 21 st July
