Introduction:

All Student needs guidance to their future career, education and personal life.
Guidance from Teachers, School counselor and other staff of School is very important
for student to understand the path they are dealing. But the number of students is
getting higher and the Guidance Office cannot face them all. Aside from that, not all
student can go to school especially on this time of pandemic. We developed a system
that Guidance office can still monitor students with their actions and behavior and make
a better decision in life.

With the help of our system, Students can still be guided whether it is personal or
school problems by the Guidance counselor with a single contact. It is convenient to
have a web-based system of guidance management, where the system has its security,
privacy, gathering and storing of data which is efficient in this generation. In this time of
crisis, Guidance office of Leyte Normal University will help Student to find solution in
every problem.

The purpose of the system is to help the students build and develop confidence in
making and selecting a proper choice, also can help them avoid any conflict with the
other students. With this system, it will help them balance their development and
understand themselves also in having changes in their environment. The system will
help them grow and develop so they can adjust faster and grow or develop as much as
possible. At this time, web-based guidance management system will help the student
learn more with their actions and provide their needs in developing. This system will be
their guide to their future decision and sustain an effective and efficient way of giving the
needs and opportunity of every students.
