    Dear HMRC,

    I have filled in a form which is enclosed to register for self employment


    from 13th Jan 2017 for 7 hours per week @ £5 per hour as this is all the
    person can afford I am not concerned about the minimum wage rate.
    This lady was paying me via Direct Payments which has now stopped
    due to her being unable to meet the weekly contributions that the
    Council have set, far in excess of the payment they were paying me.

    I am employed by a company called surround care for the other 10.5


    hours I work, I have previously registered online with the govt gateway
    but could not remember or find my UTR code so had to fill in this form,
    please contact me should you wish to ask me anything else, thank you.
