LEVEL 1

1 - Stretch Lower-Body on mat/floor

2 - Simple Crunch - Elbows to Knees

3 - Hip Extension

4 - Scissors w/Knees Bent

5 - Arm & Leg Lift

6 - Chair Squats

7 - High Push-Off

8 - Static Lunge - hand on support, if needed for balance.

9 - On Mat - Hip extension w/ chair - straight legs

10 - Cobra push-up

11 - Finishing stretches:
(A) Sit back on heels
(B) Side stretch

LEVEL 2

1 - Cross-Leg Crunch

2 - One-Leg Hip Extension

3 - Scissors with straight legs

4 - Arm & Leg Lift with elbow/knee Touch

5 - Modified pushups

6 - Step-ups

7 - Straight-arm dumbbell extension

8 - Lunge & Bicep Curl cOmbo

9 - Arm out to side with dumbbell

10 - Touch dumbbells to floor & then lift to sky

11 - Finishing stretches:
(A) Sit back on heels
(B) Side stretch

For your LEVEL 3 workout - you'll simply combine LEVEL 1 and 2 - or just the parts you want to
combine.
