Formal letter for complaining to a delivery service

Dear Mr. Greg

As far as I’m concerned, the ‘Fast Pigeon Delivery’ offers


the safe and fast services for every delivery and order. This
Christmas I had an order which was delivered with your service
and when I opened the package the product was all broken inside
into pieces.

On the one hand I had trusted your services because of the


reviews you had in the past years. I had some packages delivered
with FPD before and everuthing was alright. This time is such a
dissapointment. I understand that these times are hard because
of traffic, snow, and the amount of orders, but you need to be
careful with each one delivery for your customers.

On the other hand I would like to return the package and get a
new product instead. It is the best option and should be part of
your services. I hope you understand my dissapointment and get
this problem solved for me and also the other customers.

In conclusion, next time you should have more patience with the
transporting. It is about us all, your firm and us the
customers.
