CONDITIONS FOR ERECTION OF "ELMECH" CRANES.

Erection work will start after receiving the relevant Gantry drawing from you for our study as well as the confirmation from your end that gantry girders and rails are erected and
duly aligned by you and are ready for erecting the crane.

The erection charge will include :-

(a) General Planning of erection work.

(b) Checking the alignment of your rails.
(c) Placing the main structure and machinery in position on gantry rails.

(d) Wiring up crane for receiving the supply from Down Shop Leads. (This does not include supply and fixing of the Down Shop Leads which will be arranged and fixed by
you on one side of the gantry girders and connected to the power supply. However, should the order be placed on us for Down Shop Leads also, we shall erect the
same on one side of the gantry girder at extra price quoted).

(e) Starting up the crane and testing with the load. (The test load with sling is to be arranged by purchaser).

PURCHASER’S / CONSIGNEES OBLIGATIONS :

The following facilities will have to be provided by you (Purchaser / Consignee) at the time of erection.

1) YOU WILL PROVIDE MOBILE CRANE OF SUITABLE CAPACITY, FREE OF COST, TO US FOR GIRDER, CRAB AND END CARRIAGE ERECTION.

2) Erection insurance on the equipment and the components will be covered by you i.e. insurance against breakage and all other risks involved during the erection work
including theft and pilferage for a period of six month from the date on which you want to start the erection. This should be confirmed to us when sending your erection
call. (This is apart from storage insurance of the equipment. Separate insurance policy will have to be taken out for this by you).

3) Free storage facility will have to be provided by you at site for keeping our tools, tackles and other small parts under safe custody.

4) Free electric supply to the point of erection shall be arranged by you.

5) Free welding and gas cutting facility will be provided to our erection staff at the site together with welder and gas cutter.

6) All consumable stores such as lubricants, cotton waste, kerosene, emery paper, etc. required by our personal shall be supplied free of cost.

7) Crane and its parts shall be kept or delivered within 10 meters, radius of the place of erection.

8) Necessary ladder for going up the gantry will be provided free of charge.

9) To and fro transport from the place of residence of our erection staff to the site for erection will be provided free of charge.

10) In case no decent hotels are available near the erection site where our erection engineer can stay, furnished quarters at nominal cost will be arranged by you. This
cost will be paid to you by our erection engineer. Similarly suitable accommodation will be arranged for our other personnel at nominal cost which will be borne by our
personnel.

11) Free first aid facility for our erection staff will be provided by you.

12) Test load suitably aligned with 25% extra load along with slings for the crane to enable our engineer to give your load test will be arranged by you, the load test will be
taken in the presence of your representative and the result will be certified by both the parties immediately after the load tests.

13) For the purpose of providing the test load, 24 hours notice will be given to you by our erection staff. If the test load is not arranged by you within this time the crane will
be handed over without the load tests in which case the balance erection charges will have to be released by you.

14) In addition to the above, the crane gantry will be erected by you in position and levelled with rails mounted. In case the down shop leads are to be provided by you,
the same will also be erected in position. Any loss of time to our erection staff due to crane gantry being not fully ready or the down shop leads being not erected in
position or due to non provision of any of the above facility would be chargeable to you as an extra charges at the rate of Rs.12000/- per day per person for number of
days they are available at site + Free Lodging & Boarding, To & Fro Air/Rail Fare, Local Conveyance, etc. [Applicable for Works/Sites in India only].

15) Trained operator will be arranged by you to take charge of the equipment after completion of erection and load test.

16) OUR CHARGES FOR ERECTION OF CRANE, RAIL, DSL, ETC. WILL BE AS INDICATED IN QUOTATION ENCLOSED HEREWITH.

17) For commercial terms and conditions refer to attached sheet / quotation.

18) GST on Erection/Supervision Charges will be charged extra @18% on Total Erection/Supervision Value Or as applicable at the time of Erection/Supervision.

19) Please note the erection will be completed within 4/6 weeks from the date of receipt of material at erection site and date of intimation from consignee about readiness
of site in all respects for erection of crane.

20) All Erection Charges are quoted subject to completion of Erection in one visit only.
