Reporter No. 2: MS. Ruby Bagsit

About the topics discussed:


The first topic discussed by Ms. Ruby Bagsit was about the Torts Involving Human
Relations Ms. Bagsit discussed the topics well. Se jotted down the necessary terms and
definitions for easy understanding of the topic and also she includes example to each
topics. The examples clearly gives the topic an audible appeal to the listeners. The
examples also gives the listeners an enlightenment about the topic.
For the last topic discussed, under Chapter 5. the Nuisance , Ms. Bagsit made tabular
presentation of nuisance versus negligence and public, private and mixed nuisance
which gives the report easy to understand and interpret, and with that tabular
presentation of the terms and definition the reporter made that presentation compact
and organized. She also included cases in between the topics which makes the report
more understandable.
Ms. Bagsit also pointed out the topics well and she gives emphasis on each matters she
discussed.

About the Presentation:

The powerpoint presentation done by Ms. Bagsit was appealing to the eyes and it is
well crafted. It has few words in each slides but the retained words were good enough
to profoundly explain the terms. The inclusion of cliparts created immediate reactions
and helps us to focus and remember the this being discussed. The powerpoint
presentation though long was well enough for us to focus more on the discussion. The
powerpoint presentation was too engaging that we forgot the time.

Positive Points of the Reporter:


Ms. Bagsit knows well her report. She executed her report well and by the way she
explains her report as if she was telling stories which are a good point to a reporter. She
clearly know how to engage with her listeners.
Conclusion:

The report of Ms. Bagsit was very good that the topics she discussed retained in our
memories. She bridge the topics, the terms, examples and cases from the boos and
resources to our heads . The pacing in the report was just right, not to slow and not that
fast and it is well understandable and engaging.
