ME Examination Brief

1. Examination is to be written in A4 answer sheet paper, the soft copy of the same will be send by
IIMK Kochi campus to the batch through email. You are requested to take a print out of the
blank answer script , write your roll no, name and the batch & enclose your signature in the
space provided in the answer script. Use a blue ball point pen to write your answers in the
answer script.

2. The total marks for ME examination would be 60. The examination would commence at sharp
03:00 pm. Examination duration would be 2 hour 10 minutes with an extra 30 minutes as buffer
time. The examination including buffer time would end at 05:40 pm.

3. After point no. 2, all students are requested to scan the answer sheet through option in google
Drive for best clarity which can be used instead of Cam scanner which is now banned. Taking
snap shot in mobile would also suffice as long as the document is clear. Once document is
scanned you are requested to upload the hand written answer script in moodle by 05:40 pm.
Late uploading is not entertained.

4. The hand written answer script uploaded in moodle by 05:40 pm, without any additions needs to
be despatched by speed post with acknowledgement/ good courier service like delhivery, blue
dart etc. so that it reaches IIMK Kochi office in 2-3 weeks time.

5. It is advised to provide us the date of despatch, courier service name, tracking number of speed
post/ courier, the details needs to be entered in the google spread sheet which would be
floated to the batch in due course of time. This is extremely important for us to track the packet
and confirm receipt of the same.

6. Once we receive original hand written answer scripts (hard copy) from your end it would be
despatched to Prof Rijo John for evaluation who will verify authenticity with uploaded copy
before evaluation. Any addition in original sheet post upload will be considered as malpractice
and appropriate action will be taken by competent authorities.

7. Needless to say, It is a home take away/ open book and/or open Internet.
