Education has changed in the last hundred years.

Then, classrooms was so big and it

fitted hundred people. Also, classrooms was for single gender, boys and girls were
separated. Nowadays, classrooms are smaller than then and boys and girls share the
same classroom.

Sometimes, teachers needed a second job to make ends meet. Now this is not
necessary but teaching is still not a well paid job. Teaching was a male profession many
years ago but nowadays, both male and female can be teachers.

In the past, students had not free time and when school’s time was over, they used to
help his parents working in fields. Nowadays, students use his free time in other
activities as sports or music.

Teaching in the past was military-like and boys exposed to several punishment. Also,
the way of education depended the gender. Now, education is the same for both
genders.
