Client Acceptance for Remote audit by using ICT (information and

communication technologies) and other provisions

We <Name of Client> give our acceptance to Intercert for conducting the

remote audit by using information and communication technologies and give
our consent for collecting necessary audit evidences as per our DPR and
information security policies and practises. If the Client postpones the audit
service seven (7) business days before the scheduled audit, INTERCERT
reserves the right to charge the fee of S / 1,000 + IGV as standard.
