The WBS provides a checklist structure within which she can shape the dialog and get the participants to

approached to sponsor a section of the overall tournament at a manageable cost, and enable smaller
businesses to be approached for this sponsorship. An accurate budget will allow Nicolette and her task
force to manage cost estimates for the tournament – to help them keep it within budget.
