Japan has a philosophy that says that in human management not only as a factor
of production but also as a goal in overall management effortsand. at the end of
the 70s Japan succeeded in making a human approach with two factors, namely
materials and machines, in which Japan could attract the attention of foreign
managers so that Japan could dominate the world market, where other countries
were affected by inflation but Japan could suppress inflation and increase
productivity.
