Artesian Academy will be having its 3rd Artesian Fine Arts Exhibit on Friday, March 24
from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the Artesian Gallery, fifth floor, east side of the school campus. And we
would like to have your services in this event.
We are having around three hundred guests: students, teachers, professionals and other
local guests.
Would you please send us a copy of the terms and policies of your services as well as
your offers, if there’s any. It would be helpful to have the following as soon as possible:
1. Total service fee for three hundred individuals, including the foods and drinks for snack
and dinner
2. Complete list of your menu with best suggested foods.
3. Number of your personnel that can accommodate three hundred individuals.
4. Other things you think needed to be considered in the event.
