DEPRESSION

Today I want to talk about Depression, and it is a subject that if we analyze it well, it is the one that
most people suffer from, whether they are young or old, because if we compare it with other
mental illnesses, this is the one that causes the most suicides.

It is scientifically proven and explained that more than half of the young people suffer or went
through this mental illness. It is a treatment which is neither very expensive nor very cheap, many
times it can be treated at home. It has been identified that many times we tend to get depression
without realizing it, that is why I advise you that if you feel anything even the slightest bit
depressed, such as:

-Irritable or low mood most of the time.

-Difficulty falling asleep or oversleeping.

-Big change in appetite, often with weight gain or weight loss.

-Tiredness and lack of energy.

Feelings of worthlessness, self-hatred and guilt.

Go to the nearest address of a health center or help center, as they can provide you with a
method to be healthy and safer.
