Lead the job or work planning process.

(Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Annually)

Update work plans, equipment Bill of Materials, work orders and preventive
maintenance procedures and schedules in CMMS.

Statutory compliance and proper documentation for equipment associated with the
maintenance department :
Design criteria
Technical specifications for Control Systems
Construction, and Installation Specifications
Input into the development of P&ID and instrumentation selection
Instrument indexes
Instrument Data Sheets
Procurement of instruments
Instrument Cable Schedules
Installation Details

Scheduling available manpower, ordering and tracking parts, and documenting work
tasks. This includes developing and maintaining the maintenance management system
in CMMS program (work order creating and tracking, preventive maintenance
strategies, managing the functional location structure, etc.).

Reduce cost of maintenance while improving service, minimize downtime and


interruptions to overall operations, apply technical and maintenance experience to
analysis of each job.

Spare parts management.

Kit materials for jobs requiring materials from spares.

Communicate job plan to the Sustaining Supervisors and/or Technicians prior to


start of the work.

Communicate and collaborate with Production Operations Team to optimize scheduling


and ensure critical equipment needs (Preventative Maintenance, Corrective Work,
Safety Updates, etc.) are accounted for in the build planning process.

Manage Work Order backlogs, Track work order aging, and communicate planned and
ready backlogs to Supervisors and Techs.

Liaison between Maintenance, Production Ops and Engineering.

Support other projects as needed by management as business needs change.

Work by engineering codes, standards, norms and specifications
