Step 1: Place the bigger number in the first row.

Step 2: Multiply each digit in the first row by the digit given in ones place in
the second row.

Step 3: Multiply the digits in the first row with the place value of digit in tens
place. That is 9 X 10 is 90.

Step 4: Add the products to find the final answer.
