make available it’s Confidential Information for the sole purpose of
maintaining and servicing the material Dispensing Equipment
System provided to end user of said equipment.

In consideration for the disclosure of all such enclosed

Confidential Information to the end user company, the end user
company agrees to hold such Confidential Information in
confidence and NOT to divulge it, in whole or in part, to a
competitor of1RUGVRQ6($/$17(48,30(17 or to any
third party, except in confidence to those of its employees (if any)
who require knowledge of the same for purposes for which to
maintain or service the subject Dispense Equipment System. The
end user company further agrees not to use in any way for its own
benefit the Confidential Information, except for the purpose
specified above, without the prior written permission of the owner.
