Use appropriate vocabulary, not only good and

happy. You can say excited, petrified, pleased with
…, proud of, down in the dumps (sad), thoughtful,
in a bad mood, on edge (nervous), comfortable,
focussed on...
If you get stuck, say, I mean… and start the
sentence again.
