Kape Kultura has a viable business model, since the coffee industry is not new to

the market, the business has a potential long-term survival and has the ability to sustain

profits over a period of time. It is because: first, the coffee market is clearly established

and have enough consumer who can patronized the Kape Kultura’s products especially

those who experienced the bad side effects of coffee. This enables the business to

grow and increase the potential scalability. Second, the product itself has a leverage

against the competitor when it comes to addressing the side effects of coffee, since the

ArabiKape produced in natural method making it to less acidic and less caffeinated

coffee. Kape Kultura’s ArabiKape has nearly the same selling price with other

competitors’ instant coffee brands in the market, with this, the consumer will focus more

to the benefits offered by the ArabiKape than the selling price.
