Bài 1: Thảo luận về việc học online và học trên trường.

Đưa ra ý kiến

Nowadays, along with traditional on-campus learning, online learning has been one of the most
popular ways to study. Many students and teachers have been dividing over these two ways of
studying. In my opinion, on-campus learning brings more benefits to students than online learning.

Firstly, no one can deny the fact that on-campus learning is an effective solution to helping
students to manage their work. This is because online learning doesn’t require the students to have
their timetable which is compulsory in traditional school. Studying at school can help pupils to
develop their schedules and make necessary adjustments to their timetable. Therefore, students can
be better at being on time and using time effectively. If students don’t pay much attention to these
abilities, they will become lazier and neglect their important studies.

Secondly, people tend to think that studying online helps students to concentrate more than on-
campus learning because teachers can see the students if they are paying attention are not. This is
not true at all. Students can be easily distracted by many social websites such as Facebook,
Instagram, or online video games. Once they are sunk in these joyful activities, it will be very hard for
them to pay attention to the lectures and they will waste hours of hours doing things that are
nothing useful or related to giving them knowledge. By on-campus learning, teachers can conduct
their students more easily.

In conclusion, on-campus learning is more beneficial than online learning because of its
effectiveness it brings to the students.

BÀI 2: Write a paragraph of about 250 words to express your views on the statement saying that
problematic students should not be grouped together with ordinary ones and they should be
taught separately. Do you agree or disagree? Give reasons for your answer.

Nowadays, governments are encouraging everyone, especially children, to go to school, so most of

the schools have admitted both problematic and normal students. However, troublesome ones
sometimes are believed to be taught separately instead of learning with ordinary ones. In my
opinion, I am also in favour of this statement for the reasons as follows. Firstly, when problematic
students are separated into special classes, they can be taught by the teachers who are really
knowledgeable and experienced in teaching these students. Accordingly, the separation will help
schools reduce the rate of being stressed in pupils who is definitely different from normal ones. In
addition, there are other advantages to ordinary students as well. They will be taught in such a much
faster and more proper pace that all of their classmates are able to catch up with; thus, may improve
those students' abilities completely. Last but not least, it is apparent that in schools, there will be
fewer situations in which normal students play jokes on exceptional ones. To summarize, each
school should divide their students between classes for problematic ones and classes for the rest in
order to provide the best quality in teaching and learning.
