1. Recall the documentary that you watched last week. Many of you felt that it was unethical.

WHY do you feel that it was wrong of the scientists to do so?


- i think it was wrong for the scientist to do so because for a kid their childhood is a very
precious moment and later knowing that they had a twin but could spend their childhood with
them doesnt feel good.

HOW do you know it is wrong?

- i think it is unethical and wrong because they werent aware what was going on and doing that to
any living beings would be wrong.

2. As pointed out by Aaradh last week, it is possible that the scientists did not feel their actions
were unethical. Do you think that morality is subjective in that moral standards or values are
dependent on what kind of culture/environment we grow up in? Explain your opinion a little.

3. Should there be standards in morality? Do they already exist? If yes, give some examples.

4. When it comes to ethics, which of these ways of knowing are essential?
