Summary

Acoording to the customer survey, the majority of respondents were in agreement that
it’s bad idea to reduce quality to keep prices law. However 10 percent of the all
respondents raised concerns that they’ll have to change supplier if we increase our prices.
Becides, just over one quarter admitted that they’d prefer to pay more for high quality. 15
percent of over customers confirmed that we shouldn’t increase prices by more that 5
percent. However, other 15 percent felt that our prices are already very high. In addition,
some people believed that we can’t pass the increase on to our own customers. As for
result, the findings demonstrated that any changes we make should be minimal.
