Subject: Unsatisfied staff members.

Employees are not satisfied with the current working conditions and salary and have decided that
they will boycott all company events including the annual Entrepreneurial week.

A report on the issues relating to the working conditions of staff members, salary paid and the
reason why they are planning to boycott the annual Entrepreneurial week event was requested by
the managing director on the 10th of July.

Interviews was conducted with several members of staff and one of the main concerns was the
working environment, seven out of the ten employees that were interviewed noted that the
business was not environmentally friendly and as a result they have fallen ill.
