about social media driven by an uncontrollable urge to or use social media, and devoting so

much time and effort to social media that it impairs important life areas.

Self-Image: The idea one has of one’s abilities, appearance, and personality.

Self-Esteem: Confidence in one’s own worth or abilities; self-respect
