Innovate Mas Indonesia in relation to the Certification Package for completion of RFS Testing No. 0752/RFS/P1-N/0001 dated October 13", 2015 submitted by Vendor pursuant to Purchase Order No. 26/NTP-DEP/HWIVIN/2015. Vendor agrees and fully understands that the occurrence of any Successfully Completed Acceptance of RFS Testing shall not otherwise affect in anyway the obligation of Vendor to complete all obligations of Vendor as set forth in the Contract Documents. Within the Warranty Period and/or Extended Warranty Period(s), Vendor undertakes, at its own expenses, all and any responsibility on errors, Defects and Deficiencies, or omissions discovered in respect of any Equipment, Services and Functions within the Network addressed herein This Certificate is issued by PT.
