Definition
Non Hodgkin's Lymphoma (LNH) is a large group of primary malignancy of
lymph nodes and extra nodal lymphoid tissue, which can come from B lymphocytes, T
lymphocytes, and "natural killer" NK cells.
Lymphoma is a set of primary malignancy in lymph nodes and lymphoid tissue.
Based on the histological type, lymphoma can be divided into two large groups, namely
Non Hodgkin and Hodgkin Lymphoma.
According to the American Cancer Society (2013) NHL is a cancer whose process
begins in cells called lymphocytes, which are part of the immune system
b. Etiology
 EBV infection, HTLV-1, HCV, KSHV, and helicobacterpylori
 Environmental factors such as exposure to chemicals (pesticides,
herbicides, organic chemicals, etc.)
 Chronic inflammation due to autoimmune diseases
 Genetic factors
