Systems Charting:

- Base it on case scenario 1

- Check samples in canvas
- Submit before 6pm on canvas
- Add time at the side from 6am - 2pm (follow the format nalang)

Graphing:
- download the form
- encircle 80, not 100, use red ballpen (count by 2's)
- temperature, use black ballpen (count by 1's)
- For the time, just move it a little
- Respiratory rate -
- If the client has weight, just add lang
- BP - put per shift

For reporting:
- check student notes (spontaneous miscarriage)
