Bicycle World First Event Changing the Community


Dateline: [Greensboro, North Carolina, March 7th] — Bicycle World in Guilford County will be hosting its
first annual Bicycle Safety Event to bring awareness about bicycle safety for children and adults in the
community.

Bicycle World was established for the safety for children. The staff members that will be attending the
event will put emphasis on “bicycle safety is crucial for children”. Darwin Lester, who is the President of
Bicycle World takes pride in his riding and wants children to do the same. Lester created this event because he
enforces ““With just a little guidance, children can learn habits and rules that could save their lives”. By having
this event he can express his passion and make it come to life. Along with, the President of this tremendous
company creating this event he will also make others along with children passionate about their bicycle.

The first annual event will not be the typical event outside, the staff members of Bicycle World will
make it their mission check each child’s bicycle for safe operation. They will indicate on a check-off list any
equipment that needs repair. This is imperative to make sure Bicycle World and the president Darwin Lester
stand by their word by making sure everyone is safe and enjoy their ride.

The Bicycle World event is going to take place at two locations on Saturday, March 7th 2020, 10 am to
12pm. The locations are 555 Lawndale Crossing Parkway in Greensboro and at 348 Battleground Avenue in
Greensboro. Children from ages 0-12 years old are welcomed for free service, fun, food, and learning about
their bicycle. Afterwards, the child will be tested on their knowledge of bicycle safety and given a certificate.
