SUBJECT: CUSTOMS BOND TIABILITIES

It has been observed that customs bond liabilitids of non-life

insurance companies have accumulated and remained
unsettled.

Notice is hereby"given that the renewal of Certificate of Authority

of
non-life insurance companies for license year 2000-2001 willnot
be issued
unless pro0f is shown to this Commission that said liabilities
have been
settled or liquidated.
