Sutrject Submission of Audited Financial Stalements

To facilitatir the reviedexamination of books of accounts, all insurance and

rDilrsurance brokers are required to submit a copy of their audited financial statements
covering the results of operalionir starting the year ended 3l Decernber 1999 on or before
June 30,2000.

Thereafter. deadline for the submission,ofAudited Financial Statements shall be on

or before 31 Ma;r of each year following the reporting year.
