Anxiety and fear

If anxiety and fear are contributing to trouble falling asleep or perhaps you wake after a few hours and
can't get back to sleep here are some tips. An aromatherapy bath before bed will begin the relaxation
process. Be sure the water is warm not hot. Use any relaxing blend that appeals to you. Some oils to try
are of course Lavender( not too much or it will have the opposite effect), Chamomile, Sandalwood,
Rose, Ylang Ylang and Clary Sage. Use about 6 drops of essential oils total per bath.

Use the same blend in your diffuser in the bedroom prior to going to sleep.
You should have more undisturbed nights of sleep.
