Communications. I am Sandra Potter, Assistant General Manager at Hops Burger Bar in
Greensboro, North Carolina. I have been with Hops Burger Bar for over 5 years, working in the
restaurant industry for over 10 years now. I have had the pleasure of working with Tialena for
almost a year and in that time she has stood out tremendously to me.

During our time together, Tialena has displayed hard work, a positive attitude, and
leadership. She is a well-rounded individual and a natural leader. She is reliable and manages
her time well between work and school schedule. She is always on time and ready to work
promptly. She presents herself professionally when it comes to her attitude, actions and attire.
As management, she has exceeded all my expectations.

An example of how Tialena has shown great work ethics within the workplace was during
the beginning of the pandemic when we were short staffed. Tialena took on her job tasks plus
helped other co-workers adapt to the changes we all had to face. She plated up food,
confirmed the orders were correct, ran the food to the tables and vehicles, and took togo orders.
Her main task was strictly to check food and deliver to customers but she always had the
awareness of her surroundings to clear dirty dishes and answer phones when needed. Her
ability to multitask has continued to be impeccable and without being asked, by her managers or
co-workers, she has always gone above and beyond to help everyone.
