Prep To Assemble

2 1/2 lbs strip steaks Place steak and next 2 ingredients in large zipper bag. Zip to seal and squish
1 T olive oil around to mix.

salt and pepper to taste Place vinegar and mustard in small microwave safe container with lid. (this
1/2 C balsamic vinegar will be the sauce)

1/4 C Dijon mustard To Cook


On Cooking Day
Place steaks in skillet on medium high heat and cook 4 minutes on each side
2 bag frozen mashed potato steamer or until desired doneness. Remove from pan.

16 oz frozen peas Warm sauce in microwave until bubbly.

Cook potatoes and peas according to package directions.
