Cheese Enchiladas – CE

Prep To Assemble

4 oz cream cheese Mix rst 3 ingredients in a small bowl. Scoop mixture equally onto tortillas and
2 C shredded Mexican cheese blend roll up.

4 oz can diced green chilies Place in 9 x 13 baking dish lined with foil and sprayed with non stick spray.
1 pkg corn tortillas 10-12 ct Cover with foil.

28 oz enchilada sauce To Cook


On Cooking Day
Uncover and pour enchilada sauce over enchiladas then bake covered in a
2 avocado 375 degree oven for 30 – 35 minutes or until hot and bubbly.

6 C salad greens Uncover and top with 1 C shredded cheese. Bake until melted.
1 C shredded Mexican cheese blend
Serve with sliced avocado and salad.
