Prep To Assemble
6 boneless chicken breasts or thighs Add all ingredients to large zipper bag. Zip to seal and squish around to mix.
1 t basil
To Cook
2 t dried parsley akes
Pour chicken into slow cooker, add chicken broth and cook on low for 6 hours.
salt and pepper to taste
*may be baked in a 400 degree oven for 20-30 minutes (omit broth if baking).
1/2 C sun dried tomatoes in olive oil
Add heavy cream last 15 minutes of cook time.
On Cooking Day
Cook rice and green beans according to package directions.
1/2 C chicken broth
1 C heavy cream
2 bag frozen brown rice steamer
16 oz frozen green beans
